Fred Perry – Westfield Stratford City

BuckleyGrayYeoman has completed the design of Fred Perry’s new store in the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre, London, creating a retail space that merges contemporary design with the fashion brand’s rich 60-year heritage. At the heart of this new “Authentic” shop is a playful anamorphic installation, based on Fred Perry’s famous laurel logo, which runs the length of the shop. Formed of numerous internally illuminated ‘leaves’ of varying sizes, customers entering the store momentarily view the complete set of leaves together, before they visually disperse across the space.
