The unprecedented rate of £950 per sq ft reflects the exceptional design quality of BuckleyGrayYeoman’s conversion of the formerly derelict building, located at Boundary Street, Shoredtich, a stone’s throw from the practice’s offices. The 8,000 sq ft of residential space, divided into eight apartments over the upper two floors of the building, sold out weeks in advance of completion.

Retaining the original high street facade and rebuilding the rear section of the building, BuckleyGrayYeoman created a double aspect, mixed-use scheme comprising retail, offices and residential uses.
